Take a cup of water and add one tablespoon of cumin seeds or carom seeds sook it for overnight and mix well until the water turns into golden colour.
After that, you should boil the cumin seeds sooked water for 5 mints before boiling the water you should add the half of lemon to that because lemon helps to reduce the weight & boost our body.

Take one-litre water to add two pieces of ginger four pice of cloves, four pieces of cinnamon, one spoon of turmeric powder, one spoon of cumin seeds, one full lemon six pieces of orange
mix it well and start heating it for 10 minutes after that add 2 spoon honey and filter it to a glass bottle drink these water from morning till evening whenever you feel you can drink these water directly for best result.
